The Roger Jacob Palacios memorial scholarship was founded in 1999. We are a small non profit organization that is reaching out to high school seniors that embrace what it means to play with passion.  Since 1999 we have offered a scholarships to high school soccer players from Yukon and the surrounding cities in need of assistance to make there college dream come true. This year a new chapter for the Roger J. Palacios Memorial Scholarship, we're growing and expanding. Reaching out to all Oklahoma high school Seniors that play any sport.
