The Roger J Palacios Memorial Scholarship Fund is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible.

  The Roger J Palacios Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to aid Oklahoma high school seniors, who play either high school sport or club sport, with college expenses. Scholarships are awarded in the spring of each year, along with the Play with Passion award. This year we were able to provide 5 scholarships and presented 2 “Play with Passion” awards.
